The house has 3 floors, the first floor has two separate one bedroom studios with a queen size bed and sleeps 2 people, the second floor suite has two bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full kitchen and sleeps up to 4 people and the third floor is a one bedroom penthouse that also has a full kitchen and futons in the living room area for additional guests, this unit sleeps up to 4 people. All units are private and have their own access.
The house has multiple balconies and great views of the ocean and can be rented out either entirely or individual unit.
Some of the amenities you’ll enjoy include; Air conditioning in every bedroom, Wi-Fi, HDTV’s with steaming internet TV capability to watch your favorite channels, and parking for up to 5 cars on site. Shampoo and basic toiletries are also provided
